Counter / Inside Sales in Bangor, ME 04401
Description
Seeking Counter / Inside Sales candidates for a full-time opening for our Bangor client. Your excellent customer service and ability to work in a fast paced environment will make you a great candidate for this position.

You will be welcoming customers at the counter, by phone and online. Assist them with finding the right vehicle accessories, battery, trailer, tires and more. Our client is willing to train candidates with customer service experience.

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour plus bonus/commission.
Requirements
Applicants must have valid driver's license with clean driving record and computer skills. Ability to learn products sold, be able to look at vehicles readiness for trailers, or check for part info, etc.

Store Manager Opportunity in Bangor, ME 04401
Description
Seeking seasoned management candidates for a prime Store Manager position. Enjoy retail management, yet don't like working nights, and enjoy Sundays off to be with family? We have a great Direct Hire opportunity for you to consider.

As the ideal candidate, you will ensure customer satisfaction, effectively manage and coach staff, and meet store profitability goals through proven practices and your innovative proposals. Some duties to include:

-Staffing - Hiring, performance reviews, and managing/coaching/training staff to work as a team and put customers first.
-Ensure merchandising of products, restocking, inventory control, and ensure cleanliness of store.
-Opening/closing of store, scheduling, verifying payroll, cash handling/deposits, accounts receivables, and ensure all security procedures being followed.
Requirements
Candidates who apply should have:
Experience in store management.
Enjoys people and excels in creating a top notch customer experience.
Ability to manage frequently changing priorities.
Knowledge or experience in home furnishings or textiles.
Good with numbers.
Excels at meeting and/or exceeding goals.
Meet background check requirements.
This is a working management position assisting in all aspects in the function of the store: must be able to stand long periods, lift, bend, reach, crouch.

This opportunity has a 5 day/45 hour work week, day shifts, paid hourly with overtime pay, and a bonus and profit sharing program. Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour.
