You will assist in payroll, answering employees inquiries regarding benefits, creating and editing company handbook and policies, facilitate trainings, i.e. safety, new hire, VDT, Harassment, etc.,
• Assist with hiring process, paperwork and orientations.
• Maintains accurate and up-to-date files, records, and documentation.
• Provides administrative support to senior level management as needed.
-Previous HR & office experience required.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy.
-Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and related software.
-Must meet all background check requirements of this client.
-Associates degree preferred; HR experience considered in lieu of degree.
This full-time, contract to permanent hire position starting pay is $20-$22 an hour (DOE) and has a full benefit package (health, PTO, 8 paid holidays, dental, vision, 401k with match, short/long term disability)
