Bookkeeper/Office Manager in Augusta, ME
Description
Our client, a well-known and respected non-profit organization is seeking to find the right candidate for their full-time, Contract to Hire opportunity! The position will include the following:

Processing payroll
Maintaining Client and Office documentation
Data entry into accounting software
Assisting with Accounts Payable/Receivable
Providing general administrative/clerical support
Providing assistance to the CFO
Other tasks as assigned

Previous bookkeeping experience and a familiarity with Financial Statements is needed to be successful in this position, as well as; working knowledge of MS Office, strong written & oral communication abilities, excellent organizational skills and the self-motivation to work independently.
