Recruiting an experienced Office Assistant / Accounting Clerk our client in Southwest Harbor. Some duties to include: cash verification and preparing bank deposits, assisting with invoicing and statements and more duties as training progresses. If experienced Accounting Clerk assist with journal entries, processing sales tax and payroll, and running point of sale reports too.
Full time May thru October and part time during the rest of the year; typical day shift yet can be flexible on shifts and start times. $16-$18 per hour depending on experience.
Excel skills, QuickBooks a plus
Great attention to detail
Ability to work independently
Must be able to meet background check requirements.
