Bangor Area Staffing is seeking Cleaning/Restoration Tech candidates for our client, a local restoration cleaning company. Help businesses and homes come back to life after fire, water damage, etc. Great day shift! The schedule is typically Monday thru Friday, 7:00am-4:00pm, yet our client provides 24/7, 365 day emergency service so employees may have occasional on call work as well. Our client also offers health insurance once evaluation requirements are met!

The ideal candidate will have cleaning, restoration, or construction experience, yet our client is willing to train to service commercial and residential mitigation jobs such as fire, mold, water/sewage losses, post construction cleaning, etc. Duties include cleaning, pack-out, taking inventory, etc.

Requirements
Familiarity with mitigation procedures is preferred but not necessary. Reliable transportation and valid/clean license are required, as you will meet at the shop each day and drive a company vehicle to the job sites.

This Contract to Permanent position has a starting pay of $16.00 to $17.00 per hour.

Description
Direct Hire opportunity! The BASS team is recruiting an Inventory Control Specialist for our local client. You will be helping ensure inventory is accounted for at our client's retail locations. Great starting pay: $18 to $20 per hour! Day shift: typically Monday thru Thursday, approximately 7:00am-6:00pm (with some variability, depending on the day's schedule); occasional overnight travel is be required. And our client offers a robust benefits package!

Some duties include:

- Assisting with regular audits to ensure inventory accuracy. This is completed with the use of a handheld computer.
- Reviewing results to identify issues and discrepancies, and reconcile accordingly.
- Ensuring completeness of the inventory counts, including understanding how to account for pending credits, missing invoices, deliveries, etc.
- Verifying logs and ensuring controls are being followed.

Requirements
- Good basic math skills
- Good basic computer skills
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Valid Driver's License and reliable vehicle
- Must meet background check requirements
