BASS is recruiting for an experienced Administrative Assistant/Sales Support candidate for this Direct Hire position with our manufacturing client. This opportunity starts at $25 an hour, based on experience.

You will use your analyzing and creative skills, plus your high attention to detail administrative skills in this key position. You will be supporting the Sales and Support teams as well as admin duties for the president of the company.

In this role you will be:
Managing and overseeing all customer projects, requests, and communication.
Manage and follow-up on all customer service inquiries and/or issues.
Analyze customer pricing to ensure correct and update team.
Create customer meeting material including graphics, sales analysis, etc.
Compile and analyze data of customer accounts needed for teams.
Provide administrative support.

Strong Excel skills plus Word, etc.
Design skills a plus to create materials.
Ability to handling changing priorities.
High attention to detail and data analysis skills.

Manufacturing Laborer - Immediate Need! in Old Town, ME 04468
Description
BASS is seeking General Laborers for our client, a manufacturing business in Old Town. This is an immediate need! Our client is willing to train candidates with mechanical abilities/aptitude, no manufacturing experience required! All candidates must have a teamwork focused attitude and have flexibility to learn different manufacturing positions.

Great Schedule of Monday - Friday, 8 am to 4:30 pm, with top starting pay of $18 to $22 an hour, depending on experience. This position is currently expected to last 3 months.
Requirements

Manufacturing Technician in Wilton, ME
Description
Full-time, Contract to Hire! Day and Overnight shifts available. Position entails performing maintenance and technical support on automated and semi-automated equipment.

Ensure all machinery, equipment, building structures and facilities are maintained and functioning properly
Ensure accuracy of maintenance history records
Interface with Production when necessary to scheduled maintenance
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical problems on equipment
Provide timely and detailed information to Management on equipment status, issues, corrective actions and updates

Production Team Positions - Day Shift in Bangor, ME 04401
Description
BASS is seeking candidates who enjoy working with their hands and creating quality products in a team environment. This Direct Hire Production opportunity is with our Bangor area client that designs and manufactures radio frequency products for their global clients.

This position offers a full benefit package with a great work/family life balance schedule of Monday thru Friday, 7 am to 3:30 pm.

As a Production Team Member, you will be responsible for the various steps in fabricating and assembling parts to create a quality finished product. Our client is willing to train career minded candidates yet those with prior experience in electronics, manufacturing, assembly, or machining is a plus.

Some of the daily tasks include:

Electronic and mechanical assembly duties, with varying levels of complexity (could include soldering, use of hand tools);
Reading and interpreting data of various measuring instruments;
Learning other parts of the production operations.
Requirements
You bring to the position:

Experience with hand tools a plus, or willing to learn;
Ability to read blueprints, or willing to learn;
Be flexible to cross-train and be assigned to work across other areas of production.
Ability to troubleshoot and provide solutions to problems.
Have the ability to learn quickly and positive focus.
Have the ability to lift and move materials within the facility. (Some heavy lifting; Regular carrying and lifting of goods up to 30 lb; Pushing/Pulling requirements; bending; sitting; standing; gripping.)

Quality Assurance Inspector in Bangor, ME 04401
Description
BASS is recruiting for a Direct Hire, Quality Assurance Inspector (QAI), for our Bangor electronics manufacturing client. This position offers a full benefit package with a great schedule of Monday thru Friday, 7 am to 3:30 pm. Ideal candidates will bring QA experience and/or manufacturing experience (with a preference in electronics). Our client will train the right candidate in their products and how to be part of the team for continous improvement.

Some of the primary tasks to include:
· Electrical, Mechanical, and Visual Inspection of items used and manufactured;
· Input data of inspection results and generate reports;
· Auditing of work in progress by checking conformance to documentation;
· Monitor the status and calibration of tools and/or equipment;.
· Responsible for recognizing potential problems and escalating these.
Requirements
Qualifications:
-Be able to troubleshoot and provide solutions to problems;
-Have the ability to read and understand blueprints, ECR's, Standard Operating Procedures, Workmanship Standards, parts lists, drawings and DWA's;
-Have attention to detail and the ability to work well within a team.
-Ideally have previous experience within a similar role;
-ISO Internal auditor training a plus.
-Some heavy lifting; Regular carrying and lifting of goods up to 30lb; Pushing/Pulling requirements; movement of material; bending; sitting; standing; reaching.
