Human Resources Generalist in Augusta, ME
Full-time, Contract to Hire opportunity available for an experienced HR Generalist. Position will administer and oversee benefit and personnel matters.

• Recruitment, to include postings and job fairs; applicant collection and
review, scheduling interviews and follow up
• On-boarding of New Hires (i.e. Background checks, new hire paperwork, etc)
• Compile payroll, required reporting and maintenance of payroll records
• Other HR related tasks

Human Resources Manager in Waterville, ME
Direct Hire position. Will lead and direct the HR function, including employee engagement, performance management, talent acquisition, workforce development, HRIS, benefit negotiations and administration, and regulatory compliance.

Tasks to include:
Partner with the COO and participate in the development of the organizations plans and programs
Develop/implement policies and programs and streamline current processes
Provide analysis and metrics for HR and make recommendations
Participate on the investigative team in regards to Client complaints of employees; follow up on disciplinary actions, etc.
Assist COO with compensation and performance management, organizational development and succession planning
Hire, train and develop Staff
Promote a culture of high employee engagement, positive change and continuous improvement
Monitor State and Federal law changes and make recommendations
Ownership of Affirmative Action plan and EEO reporting
