Property Maintenance Manager in Bangor, ME
Description
Direct Hire opportunity! We are seeking an experienced Property Maintenance Manager for our busy property management client. This is a great opportunity for someone with maintenance experience and a can-do attitude. This position is responsible for performing general maintenance/repairs and be the liaison between customers/tenants and the property management company.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

-Take service calls from customers/tenants and select best solution to resolve problems, assign tasks, and follow-up
-Maintain accurate records of maintenance request, move ins/outs, lease paperwork, etc.
-Research products and pricing, order and maintain supplies
-Conduct inspections of properties
-Maintain apartments interior, painting, light carpentry, plumbing, etc.
-Ensure and/or assist cleaning apartments before or after usage.
-Maintain calendar of showings, move ins/outs, inspections, etc.
-Contract vendors for projects.

The typical schedule is Mon thru Fri, 7am-5pm, with rotating on call. Pay: $52,000 per year.
Requirements
-Prior maintenance experience mandatory.
-Supervisory experience.
-Ability to assess damages and estimate cost of repairs, detail-oriented, strong communication and organizational skills.
-Must have good problem solving skills and great follow through skills to ensure tasks are completed on time.
-Basic computer skills.

Must meet background check requirement, have a valid driver's license and good driving record.

Property Maintenance Position in Bangor, ME 04401
Description
Seeking full-time, Monday through Friday, 8-5 Maintenance person to assist in the maintaining apartments, offices, and grounds of our client's properties.

Candidates need to have general property maintenance knowledge/experience such as: Basic plumbing (fix leaks, drains, etc.), painting, patching, basic carpentry (fix door, cabinet, replace trim, etc.)

Some of duties to include: General repairs, painting, hauling debris/trash, grounds keeping to include snow shoveling walks, and prepare apartments, etc. for new tenants.

Pay: $17.00 to $19.00 per hour, depending on experience
Requirements
Candidates must have general property maintenance experience, reliable vehicle, basic tools (hammer, measuring tape, screw driver, etc.), Meet background requirements. Must have a valid Driver's License. Must meet physical requirements of such a position, lifting up to 60 lbs, bend, reach, stand, crouch, and grasp.
