Duties
Support the employment life cycle , process, and systems by executing the day to day tasks required to provide exceptional customer service to all employees.
Assess and anticipate HR-related needs, communicate proactively with supervisors and partner with individual managers to deliver value-added services that reflect the organizations mission and objectives.
Heavy focus on recruitment, onboarding, and assisting with wellness and recognition initiatives

Requirements
Proven experience in talent acquisition and/or administrative human resource skills.
Associate's Degree preferred; HS Diploma or equivalent required
Must have a valid State of Maine driver's license and automobile insurance coverage of $50k/$100k
SHRM-CP or PHR preferred
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with candidates at all levels.
Working knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
