Description
Great opportunity to help make a difference in your local community! BASS is recruiting a Human Resources Specialist for our client, a local non-profit. You will be assisting with all the day-to-day operations of the HR Department, i.e. recruitment and orientation, training, benefits, safety, and more. Our client offers an awesome benefits package once evaluation requirements are met!

Some duties include:

-Posting jobs, interviewing candidates, and performing new hire orientations.
-Coordinating mandatory training for current employees.
-Aiding in maintaining benefits systems and answering employee questions about benefits.
-Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation.

Pay: $18.00 to $19.00 per hour
Requirements
-Two years experience in Human Resources
-Bachelors Degree, or the equivalent combination of education and experience to successfully perform the essential duties
-Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
-Valid Driver's License
-Must meet background check requirements

Non-Profit Administrative Assistant in Belfast, ME 04915
Description
Looking to help make a difference in your local community? This may be just the opportunity you're looking for! BASS is recruiting an Administrative Assistant for our client, a local non-profit. You will be working closely with the Compliance Coordinator to ensure that incidents and complaints are documented and followed up on in a timely manner. Our client offers an awesome benefits package once evaluation requirements are met!

Some duties include:

-Maintaining documentation processes, updating databases, and generating reports.
-Answering messages and returning calls, identifying those that need to be escalated for further investigation.
-Assisting with administrative tasks such as facilitating mailings, managing calendars, organizing meetings, and more.

Pay: $15.91 per hour
Requirements
-Two years of office experience
-Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
-Strong communications skills, both written and verbal
-Valid Driver's License
-High School Diploma or Equivalent
-Must meet background check requirements
