BASS is seeking candidates for this year-round, full-time Customer Service Rep opportunity with health benefits at a great local company. Great schedule: Monday thru Friday, 8 am to 4:30 pm and the opportunity to work with a great supportive team. Top hourly pay to start.
You will be assisting customers who place orders or have questions about the products or process exchanges/returns. This will be done across multiple channels including email, telephone, online chat, and more.
Requirements
You bring a friendly, patient personality. Good computer and data entry skills plus the willingness to be a great team member. You will also help to resolve customer issues in a positive manner. Excellent written and verbal communication along with time management and organizational skills will be needed to be a successful candidate.
