Description
DIRECT HIRE! 3:30 pm to 2:00 am, Monday through Thursday, 10 hour shifts!
Responsible for running jobs complete, from set-up through 1st piece of inspection; in-process inspection and job tear down.
Must be able to follow set-up and tool sheets for set-ups, uploading/downloading of CNC programs, accurately machining product, documenting inspection sheets, maintaining cleanliness in work areas, accurately accounting job time, following safety protocols and producing parts to expected quality standards.
The ideal candidate will have experience with Milling, Lathes, Roughing and Finishing Op's; be a team player with good communication and collaboration skills; and possess strong Quality Control abilities.

Requirements
2 year Machine Tool Tech degree preferred, machinist apprenticeship or relative experience strongly considered. Blueprint reading, GDT and Inspections skills a plus! Ability to apply knowledge of mechanics, shop math, sequencing, metal properties, layout, tolerances and machining procedures is a must.
