Description
BASS is seeking a dedicated, professional Client Service Advocate for our client, a local investment advisory firm. In this Direct Hire role, you will be the welcoming face of the office and an essential part of the client experience, supporting both clients and advisors with professionalism and care.
The typical schedule is Monday thru Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm (37.5 hours per week). Pay is $20-25 per hour, depending on experience; our client also offers a competitive benefits package!
Tasks to include:
-Serving as the first point of contact for clients in-person, over the phone, and through email.
-Providing administrative support for advisors and assisting with client and team meetings.
-Managing document organization, including scanning, filing, and form completion.
-Oversight of office supplies and conference space.
-Special projects, as needed.
Requirements-Previous Administrative experience; Financial experience a plus yet not required
-Bachelors degree preferred
-Warm, welcoming personality; strong communication skills, both verbal and written
-High attention to detail, good math skills, and comfortable working with numbers
-Proficient with Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel, and comfort level learning other computer programs
-Must meet background and credit check requirements
